The company has now reached its fifth generation of management crossing three centuries of Italian history. So, the essence of the museum is <strong>to pay tribute to a manufacturing segment<\/strong> that orignated in Castelnuovo Rangone, also thanks to the Villani family, and that contributed to the economic growth and identity of the area. The district currently employs, directly and in related segments, the majority of families living in the area who have made our adventure possible.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Along with the historical reasons for the establishment of the museum, there are \u201cphilosophical\u201d ones associated to the evolution of the product. Charcuterie is not considered a piece food simply made for consumption, but it is an element that combines culinary pleasure with well being. A great deal of innovation has been introduced in charcuterie making to meet the changing nutritional needs and habits of consumers.
