Cancellation policy: tickets are non-refundable. Visits may be rescheduled for a later date if the cancellation is notified to Modenatur (phone +39 059 220022 – firstname.lastname@example.org) at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour.
Special Covid-19 policy: if the visitor has a fever, flu-like symptoms or has been in contact with a person tested positive for Covid-19, entry to MuSa is not allowed. Paid tickets for the visit to MuSa may be refunded or the visit may be rebooked for a later date. For refund or rebooking requests, contact Modenatur directly (phone +39 059 220022 – email@example.com).

We are improving our spaces: reduced price for guided tour and Villani gift € 7,00. The visit lasts 45 minutes on average. Children up to 10 years of age: free entry.
The charcuterie tasting has been substituted for a gift bag that will be handed out at the end of the tour by the museum guide. Group visits (more than 4 people) are suspended until further notice.
Each access to MuSa entitles you to a 10% discount on purchases at the Bottega Villani located alongside the museum. Delicatessen shop opening hours: Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 7 pm.
Bottega Villani will be closed from August 9th to August 23rd.
In accordance to Italian Government regulations, Villani SpA has implemented preventative measures for containment of Covid-19 for the safety of employees and visitors to MuSa – The Charcuterie Museum. Here are useful guidelines regarding your visit:
Only reserved and guided visits are allowed. Visitors will be accompanied by the tour guide throughout the visit.
Online booking and payment for entry tickets is suggested (please refer to opening times and bookings).
Only 4 visitors (excluding the guide) are allowed inside the museum.
The use of disposable gloves is compulsory for employees and visitors. Gloves will be distributed to visitors by the tour guide upon entry to the museum.
Protective face masks are required for entry to the museum and must be kept on at all times for the duration of the visit.
Visitors who have come into contact with persons tested positive for Covid-19 are not allowed to enter the museum.
Entry is denied to visitors who exhibit flu like symptoms or appear unwell.
Temperature checks may be performed by designated personnel.
Social distancing of at least 1 meter between persons is required for all visitors (except for members of the same family).
Indications for the use of restrooms must be followed.
Not allowed to touch objects or surfaces inside the museum.
